The Doctor's fingers linked with each other as he talked. “We drug them with illegal boosters supplied by your friend, and we also supply them with weaponry from you.”

His hand swirled the umbrella as the tip of it scratched his chin. “If we decide to reveal all these to the public. You will not be able to show your face.”

Crowell gritted his teeth. He had enough of being threatened. “And I have been supplying you with the best of my men; I need some results now.”

Duke Crowell stood his ground. He breathed heavily. “You were supposed to kill that woman in the event, yet, a mere princess took you down.”
