Chapter 103: Great Grand Canyon

 The bright burning sun radiated its light upon the benighted surface, the skies were somewhat orange, and the clouds, well, they had bailed, the sun was as bright as ever, projecting its rays on the almost benighted world, this was sunset as the sun was setting. The environment, well, that was something one would rather not bring up, after all, it was a desert, a hot dangerous wasteland incompatible for the likes of the human body.

 Not only was it hot, but it was dry, and also lacked water and moisture. Whenever it rained it would only rain for a short duration of time, but rarely, a rather unlikable environment. There was not a thing insight other than the endless waves of sand, the patterns on the sand were designed like that of a maze, a weird notice indeed.
