Chapter 292: One has to go (1)

"I'm not going to have this conversation with you tonight, Samuel. There are too many other things on my mind. Retire for the night and we will see what tomorrow will bring," Regina turned to go to the bathroom to change out of her dress and prepare to rest. 

"Why don't you want to talk about this? Don't you want to enjoy the moment to say how much better you were than me? Along with being dad's favorite, you turned out to be a good witch. The only one in such a long time. Go on and gloat, Regina."

"Gloat about what, you idiot? That my family massacred another and took everything they owned? That it is in my blood to kill children and trap someone against their will to be where they do not belong? To enjoy that we can sacrifice our flesh and blood? Which part do you want me to gloat about? Please enlighten me," said Regina.

Her sadness was quickly replaced by anger as she reached her limit with Samuel's nonsense.
