Chapter 81: MIRACULOUS - PART 3

The sound of a newborn's cry cut through the room's silence. The infant was no longer pale or blue, but bright, warm, and pink.

"That's it. Scream and cry rage at the world. You are vital. Let them hear it all." Rose cried aloud and kissed his forehead.

He smelled so divine, and out of nowhere, the room once again filled with the fragrance of roses and honeysuckles. It was a calming aroma.

"My God, he is alive." Sir Haydon walked to Rose, and she placed his wiggling, screaming son in the sturdy knight's enormous arms.

"Isn't he beautiful?" She said to the father.

He gazed at Rose with wet red eyes, nodded his head at her, and trembled as he picked up his son for the first time.

"Haydon?" Rose spoke softly to the man before her.

"Your wife would like her child. And your wee lad hungers and wants to know his mother." Rose patted the paladin on his vambrace and pointed him towards where his wife was resting in their room.
