The rain was relentless, pouring down on them and making every inch of their clothing wet. Rose looked up through her dripping lashes to see a determined look burning in Christopher's eyes. Unbeknownst to her, he was in a state of confusion and uncertainty.

Christopher's wings beat a powerful rhythm against the air as he held Rose tightly to his chest, rising higher and higher. As they ascended, the wolves charged, their fur rippling in the breeze. One Just barely missed capturing The Lord's foot.

He climbed up into the tree canopy, and Rose could feel the sturdy branch beneath her feet. His features twisted slightly into a grimace, and his breath was heavy as he mulled over the current issue. Considering the current concerns, it was hard to decide which way to go.
