One day, Jaune's town, Ambiance was attacked by Grimm.

It was a massacre. There, he witnessed hordes upon hordes of of them culling through the people he loved as well as his friends.

His father was a former scientist from Atlas and quickly took stock of the situation, leading Jaune towards a hidden room in the cellar of their house.

There, he witnessed an amazing sight.
