"Honey, have you been successful in looking for her mate?" Cortonia who was in her nightgown moved closer to her husband on the bed.

Vidor had his eyes closed. He was tired. Cortonia made sure of that. Her ability allowed her to control others and that is what she did with her husband. Vidor hummed at her words, "The witch is looking. She has a few leads that she will bring to the court in two days."

Cortonia kissed her husband who barely opened his eyes ready to sleep. "I feel like I am keeping you awake."

"I am always there when you need me," Vidor kissed her back.
