Chapter 168: Chapter 169 It's Time For Closure

Beth's POV

　　"You?"

　　Henry raised his hand in disdain. All of a sudden, a whirlwind blew in front of him, picking up the yellow leaves on the ground. The leaves turned into sharp knives, flowing toward Emma.

　　In a surprise, Emma summoned a black mist to ward off the leaves and hurled her dagger at Henry.

　　When the silver dagger was close to Henry's heart, he shook his two fingers. In an instant, time stood still. He pinched the dagger easily, broke it off, melted it into a silver powder in his palm, and sprinkled it on the ground.

　　"That's all you've got? Dark Moon Goddess? Who gave you the courage to go against me?"

　　Henry said, his eyes scarlet. Was that what the Vampire King was capable of?

　　Aaron and I looked at Henry in silence, a little scared and worried.

　　Emma stabilized her breathing and shrouded herself in the black mist, healing while adjusting.
