Chapter 120: Butterflies

Back at the mansion, Scarlet sat by Aurora's bedside, tending to her as Aurora was yet to wake up. She had been in charge of taking care of the latter since a week ago. It was devastating to watch her best friend lying on the bed like a corpse. The pack doctor said he only managed to treat the wounds externally, but he couldn't guarantee her complete healing internally. 

"Just wake up, let's smash those bitches asses together!" Holding her hand, Scarlet pleaded and sighed when a single strand of hair on Aurora's head didn't stand. She wondered if her friend was alive somewhere and was at peace there.

Cleaning up her face once more, Scarlet packed her things and switched off the light in the room before exiting it.
