Chapter 26: What have you done ? "
Damien ran toward the laying body of the girl he saved back in the forest , his mate , his gifted woman from the moon goddess . His eyes bulged as they saw blood flowing from her wrist , dammit .
Grabbing her body and pulled her close , " What have you done " he asked patting her cheeks slowly trying to wake her up but nothing came as a response from her and panic started to fill in his chest , he can't lose her now when he just found her.
He stood up carrying her back to the bed and shouted through the mindlink , ' Call the pack doctor right now ' and all of them panicked and some got surprised because the Alpha himself beat the pack doctor to the verge of death few minutes ago but he was here asking for her again and where the hell are they going to find someone in this night to treat that mysterious woman .
" Now " now Damien roared in real , his voice vibrating through the walls and everybody flinched , it was his Alpha's voice .
Devis being the bravest of all he walked right inside in the room only to meet dead forest green eyes staring at him like he would chop his head in any minute from now .
" Listen , you have to calm down "
" Calm down " he roared looking at his mate then back to Devis as if he was speaking something unreasonable .
" You knocked the pack doctor yourself remember and now there's no one to treat her " Devis spoke calmly as he looked at the girl who is practically going to be their Luna.
" So what are trying to say , go and find someone and do something " he shouted his nerves bulging on his head surface , he was angry or easy to say pissed beyond line .
" Someone is on his way here , so calm down "
How hard Damien controlled himself as he looked at his beta who constantly reminded him to be cool when he would be more of devastated if his mate would be in this state but Devis was one of those people who maintained their cool even in severe damaged situations and act like everything is okay .
Devis walked toward the bed and took out his handkerchief and handed it to him and his eyes creased in confusion , " Tie her wrist " Devi explained .
" With your dirty handkerchief , move away " he spoke more like of a growl , he was jealous just on the thought of Devi's handkerchief on his mates hands , it killed him on the inside .
He removed his from his pants and tied where she cut herself , Devis looked at the woman laying on the bed keenly as he tried to remember where he has seen her but no memory came to their pieces together so he gave up and looked away before walking to the door and peeked if the one being ordered was near anywhere , and yes he was now walking toward the room side to side with Leon.
" Welcome " Devi spoke as he pa end somewy in for him , the doctor nodded and walked toward the bed but the aura that the man projected before him made him stop on his tracks and flinched , he was a damn Alpha and he was walking way too confident toward him and the woman whom he assumed to be the patient in need of the service .
" He's here for her " Leon spoke as he tried go get through his Alpha but his link was blocked , Damien signed but moved aside making some space though he was not so pleased with the male doctor near his mate but got no choice .
The doctor bowed and walked toward the girl , he did his work , infusing her with the Iv fluid and then turned to the three men who looked at him so keenly .
" Am done " his voice came out more if a whisper .
" Is she going to be fine ? " Damien asked and the doctor nodded but moved his lips to speak louder for all of them to hear , " I couldn't sense her wolf anywhere , healing might take a while especially when there's some silver in her system and also she seems to have the inte tions to kill herself for the reasons am expecting you should tell me so I can help "
Damien scratched his forehead , dead or sleeping wolf , silver in system , this was all Tressa told him before he banged her to the steel wall , is she going to be okay , he worried for the time before facing the doctor again .
" Am sorry Alpha but the patients skin seems to have several bruises and cuts as you can all see " the doctor added moving aside for all of them to see .
Damie gulped at the sight , he was so confused when he saw her wrist open boozing blood but now his eyes saw clearly the cuts I'm her arm and bruises around them and on the neck too and some in her pretty face , those looked more of slaps .
He groaned as he remember what Tressa told him that she was physically and moreover sexually abused , and to that no woman would want to live and see men walking all glorious while she seems them as disgusting creatures .
" What's is to help her ?" Damien spoke in a low voice , nothing has ever made him this weak except she he lost his mate but now the pain seemed to be ten times folds and it increased incredibly.
" She needs rest and I will try to remove the remaining silver since it seems someone already did so , but her mate would be the greatest help for her recovery "
That seemed to bring hope in Damien's eyes , mate was a great help and he was her mate , that means she would be okay with him beside her , that would be his job from now one , np other one .
" Okay , that's not a problem , she has a mate already " he spoke as happiness bubbles filled his chest slowly and the doctor nodded in realization that he might be the mate he's talking about and by so , she's the Luna of this feared pack , how great .
" Okay then , I will be taking my leave " , as soon as the doctor said so Damien rushed to the girl's side whose name is unknown to him up to now , he held her hand and caressed it slowly .
" There's another victim doctor " Devis spoke and Damien turned to look at him as his face held no emotion but deep he somehow regretted Damon's action toward Tressa , she was the damn pack doctor and now they have none .
Devis , Leon and the doctor left closing the door behind Leaving the couples behind for more recovery as stated .
Chapter 27: You know all of this .
Being so early in the morning where a lot have not woken up yet , Laura took her black cloak and went out on the secret passage in her room and ingew minutes she was out of the palace as her legs walked as fast as they could toward the forest side behind the forest where an isolated house was seen in a far view , she walked toward it hurriedly until she arrived .
Being the quuen Luna the guards were obliged to let her in and she crossed all the boundaries to the inside until she met a woman sitting on the chair having a cup on her hand , taking few sips slowly .
Laura gazed well and saw another cup of tea on the table like she was being expected to come over , her gaze turned to the woman with white hairs but something was different today , her eyes were ocean ones , she gulped down , never seen those before .
" Are you going to stand for so long my Queen Luna , because I can definitely sense you have a way long conversation with me " Alyssa spoke taking another sip from her drink .
" We're you expecting me "
Silence
" Do you know why I am here ? "

Nothing annoyed Laura more like this woman's arrogance , she was the Queen Luna but seemed to be frozen whenever she steps in here , this woman doesn't give her the respect she deserves .
" Don't forget who I am , Laura " Alyssa spoke before turning to face her as she placed her cup on the table , " I am more than a shaman , remember " .
" Cut all the crap Alyssa, you know all of this " Laura spoke as she pulled a chair for herself .
" Make yourself at home , my Queen " Alyssa gestured for the cup of tea before Laura ." It's getting cold " she added .
" Are you trying to poison me now ! " her eyes held a doubtful look .
" If I wanted to kill you I would have done so long back ago , you and I both know it's the easiest shit I can do " Alyssa's lips quirked into a smile that Laura hated the most .
" So why haven't you done so "
" That's not why you're here to talk about , are you ?" Alyssa raised her eyebrow , she always know where to tuckle her tail and pin her head down .
" Tell me what's happening " Laura's voice came stern as an order and Alyssa gazed at her like it would be the last day she'll be sewing her enemy before planning for another battle day .
" I don't know " her reply came as simple as that knowing well that something was happening too but bad enough she herself couldn't get the whimp of some events , she also badly want to know what's happening .
" Can you be serious " Laura insisted and boring into her eyes Alyssa saw the honest of wanting to know what was happening but trusting this woman was making a deal with a devil himself and nothing goes well with the devil , she may be able to fool the whole pack but not her .
" I am serious , you tell me what's happening Laura because ain't living in that beautiful palace " Laura scoffed as she took a sip of the drink and stood up .
" I knew it would be hard getting all out of that damn mouth but I will find it all , I never lose anything remember , and trust me your end is near Alyssa , live your best making tasteless tea in this shaman's hole of a house "
With that Laura left while Alyssa had a smirk on her face as she carefully gazed at the cup that Laura drank from then her way back to the palace as she was well seen through her window .
" I will Laura , I will enjoy every tasteful drop of your downfall In this cup of tea before my end comes before yours "
Laura walked back to the palace with no appropriate answer at.lthough she knew that Alyssa wouldn't give much but trying wouldn't hurt either but what she got wasn't new at all .
Meanwhile.
Damien's eyes closed harder before opening them slowly as the scent fresh mint mixed with Vanilla not that much to hurt his nose just so perfect to relax his senses , his eyes opened slowly as his nose kept on nuzzling itself on the crook of her neck and that's when he realized , he's been sleeping with his mate , his hand wrapped on her small waist .
His head tilted and looked at her beautiful face slight pale yet mesmerizing , this is best site she has ever seen in his whole life and this was the night he slept better than the other days and he knew why .
Yesterday he stayed with her and fell asleep without even eating anything after all he had no appetite to ha e something , his eyes gazed across the room then to his beautiful mate before moving the hairs from her face and kissed her forehead before climbing out of the bed .
He has to look for a doctor and something to eat , he and his beautiful mate . He kissed her again now slightly on her lips before walking out after pulling the covers up to her shoulders .
His legs carried him swiftly as he walked down stairs thinking on how to care about his second mate and moreover she has to recover , when he was passing by the window his eyes saw something and that made him go few steps back to see if what he saw was really , someone on a black cloak.
'Who is that ? '
'Where is he coming from early this Morning '
His thoughts went on as his eyes eyed the person careful as he stepped toward the palace in a hurry , still the cloak hidden the identity of that person .
His eyes blinked and in a matter of time he lost track of his movements and thought may be he was just in thoughts and hallucinated , he took his way downstairs as planned before .
When he arrived downstairs , the door click opening sound was heard and the person seemed to make it low as possible . Damien walked slowly before his voice boomed inside .
" Who are you ?"
And the person froze before removing the head of the cloak and turned to face the Alpha .
" Mother " Damien exclaimed many thoughts running through his mind like where was she coming from this early .
" Where are you coming from ? "
" The blues house " her voice trailed at the end as his son eyed her suspiciously .
