Chapter 29: Chapter 29 *Raelin

I opened my eyes slowly and stretched in bed. I move my hands to were my mate sleeps but only to find him gone. I immediately sat up and mind link him.

"Hey babe! Where are you?"

"Good morning babe. I'm at the meeting room with the other Alpha's. How's your sleep?"

"It's good but I wish you were here with me."

"I'm sorry but you're so peaceful sleeping at the bed, I don't want to wake you up."

"Did you already ate your breakfast?"

"Yes I did and speaking of breakfast, I mind linked Mike to give you your breakfast. And also he and Nick will both be guarding you while I'm not there."

"Do I really need a guard?"

"Yes you do. Alright the Alpha meeting is about to start. I'll see you later on. Enjoy your day with the other Luna's."

"Will do. See you then."

After that, there's a knock on the door and I quickly opened it to see Mike with my breakfast on his hands.

"Good morning Luna."

"Good morning Mike, come on in and you can set the tray at the coffee table."
