Chapter 32: The black magic

"Fiona I'm so foolish!" Alexa murmured, sighing deeply.

Fiona took her friend's hands in hers and assured her that she wasn't foolish.

But who can stop the bleeding heart ? Alexa bursted into tears, she hugged Fiona and sobbed.

Seeing her friend like that Fiona can now understand how exactly Alexa's personality is. She may appear to be strong and brave but has an extremely innocent and delicate heart. She should have told her beforehand that Alastor was already engaged with Diana.

After a few minutes of silence, Alexa lifts her face from Fiona's shoulders and wipes her tears off.

"Are you alright now?" Fiona asked, caressing her hands. Alexa nodded and smiled brightly, but Fiona knew that smile was fake.

Also she was not happy since her friend knows how to hide her feelings. She was a strong woman in Fiona's eyes. A woman who fights, gets angry, cries and again emerges as a powerful warrior is called the strong female character which Alexa was.
