"Darling~"

Slowly opening my eyes to the sound of a familiar voice, I looked up to see my wife standing in front of me, her eyes filled with concern.

I raised my right hand to hold my wife's hand on my cheek and stroked it for a while before speaking, blinking several times to try to remove the sleepiness from my eyes.

"How are you?" I inquired as my wife gave me a brief deep look before withdrawing her hand and responding.

"I'm fine," she said, adding, "and John is fine as well."

Hearing this, I nodded before asking my wife a few questions, and after we finished talking, she left my side to do her thing.

'I unknowingly fell asleep,' I thought as I recalled what happened after stage one ended.
