Sky Scar didn't know why all of this happened and was in no mood to ponder. He tried hard to erase Liana's shadow from his mind, but clearly, this was not something he could accomplish in a short period.
As he stepped out of the main entrance of the Academy of Zhongting, his mood - which had just improved a bit - became colder again. Because he saw a swarm of flies, led by a rather pretty one - Xue Mei.
The swarm consisted of around a dozen flies. Although not many, they were all armed with various weapons - not lethal ones, but enough to pose a significant threat.
Sky Scar didn't want to entangle himself with these flies. He was just thinking of using his flying skill to leave when he saw one ugly-looking male fly throw out a sphere. The sphere emitted a yellow light that enveloped him and the flies. Sky Scar recognized it as a protective shield device, originally designed for personal defense with a strength of 120.
"I'm in a bad mood. If you want to leave standing, then get lost now," His cold gaze intimidated the surrounding male flies, making them slightly change their expressions.
Xue Mei angrily said: "Sky Scar, I will teach you a lesson today." She then turned to the surrounding male flies, "You all want to woo me, right? So go, whoever brings him down will get to be with me."
