Chapter 14: Chapter -15

Neil:

I saw Heili walking towards her classroom, I was all silent. I couldn’t find any word to continue the conversation either. Things turned out bitter unlike my thoughts.

I headed to class. Mr. Green,our math instructor, looked all red seeing me being 15 minutes late. He rolled his eyes against me. I didn't care about it, I just sat.

"Mr. Hofstadter, stand up", Mr. Green scolded.

I did stand up.

"Where is your manner?at home?How come you're late but didn’t even feel to apologise for it "

"Sorry" is all I said.

"It would be 'I'm sorry', You're not talking with a friend. I assume you're an important asset to our school but that doesn’t mean you would be mannerless"

"Yes, Sir. Please accept my apology for this time" I requested.

"Hmm,you may sit now"

"Thank you"

"So,open your notebook, today we will be doing a new chapter regarding..... " Mr. Green started his job.

I was sitting without taking notes.

"Oi,oi " Jasper called me.
