“I have to complete the quests before time’s up, so I’m here earlier before you arrive.”

“Oh…” she said while yawning. “That’s good. At least just don’t let your quest go to waste, that’s throwing money down the drain. Although it’s just a few hundreds, for someone who’s turning pro, it’s all very important. So, did you pass the quests?”

“Yes.”

Joke smiled in utmost relief. He immediately handed the Quest Cards to the madame shopkeeper. It was fortunate that it was still early in the morning when he went into Arcadia, so there were not a lot of people. Furthermore, his rampage in forests to quash wild boars and giant grasshopper monsters went smoothly. With the combination of the two little dragons and Eureasa, it was not hard for him to go against those monsters… (or should it be said that once he got past King Slime, these were nothing scary.)
