“What do you mean?”

It was Black who asked with narrowed eyes. Joke let out a soft sigh before turning to meet Viper’s gaze.

“I’ll sell it to you, that Royal Dragon you so wanted.”

“Wha...!?!”

Whatever Joke was planning, Rin and Dani could not guess at all. However, they were certain that selling Snowbelle to someone from Red Magic was the absolute last thing this four-eye man would do. Thus, the offer he made caused their mouths to hang open. Even Black could not quite comprehend it.

“Whoa! So, you finally start growing a brain,” Viper said, satisfied. “Now we’re talking. Come on, hurry up and let’s talk business already.”

His glee looked slightly exaggerated. But then, Joke suddenly held up a hand, causing everyone at the table to pause.

“I’m not saying that I’ll sell it to you now. I mean I’m willing to sell, under the condition that you defeat me in a duel.”

Stunned silence came over the room at that moment. Even Rin and Dani left their mouths open.
