Qiao Mei looked at the time and hurried to the backyard. Tan Jing had already been tied up by Xia He and left at the side. The rest of the people had gathered around the ingredients on the table and they all looked troubled.

"What happened?" Qiao Mei asked despite knowing what had happened.

"Tan Jing has tampered with today's dishes! She's very tight-lipped and we don't know which ingredients are the problematic ones. It's almost time to start the banquet and if we don't serve the dishes soon, the people outside will think of us as a joke," Xia He said in distress.
