Chapter 1: Chapter 1
(Third person pov)
The blood-curdling screams were heard from Alivia as her body was being burned.
Alivia smelt of rotting animal flesh as Alivia begged and pleaded for her life. She watched as the same people she tried to befriend, were watching her some in amusement and satisfaction whereas some felt indifferent. Alivia's body slowly perishes and she turns into ashes right before their eyes. Then in a matter of seconds, she was gone.
POV of Alivia Evergreen:)
I found myself in a pitched black room, I was gasping for air, I felt as though I was drowning, my eyes started to feel heavy and my body buckled under me and I collapsed. Then I heard laughter coming from behind me and I looked up and walked towards the dim light that was not there before. I was met with a tall man with black hair, he cleared his throat.
"I see your back again, this is the last time I will reincarnate you I have given you many opportunities already ." I then said, "I am aware you reincarnated 4 other times and I promise this will be the last." He chuckled and said, "Only because you amuse me I will grant you one more life."
Then a bright light flashed. I suddenly woke up in my room and I was gasping for air. I soon calmed down. Every time I get reincarnated I always go back a year more but I always die at the age of 16. I get out of bed as quickly as possible looking for my father. My father did not greet me but ignored me as though I was a dog begging for attention but I was used to it by now and gave him a warm good morning.
I then wanted to know what the date was today so I asked my father " What year is it " my father looked at me and said, "it's 1797" and spoke no more. I then said "I see thank you father will you excuse me I'm quite hungry" I then began to eat but started spacing out. So I'm currently 12 years old right now.
In all my past lives, I approached them differently. In my original life, I treated my step sister somewhat badly. And of course, the punishment was my life taken away. They force me to drink poison thus I die extremely slowly.
The first time I was reincarnated out of revenge and anger I treated my step-sister Lilly even more poorly, I lived the shortest part of that life my punishment was being drowned alive.
In my second life, I tried to avoid my step sister Lilly. However, I was framed by Lilly. In that life, I learned she is two-faced and she wanted everyone to view her as a victim. So, my punishment was I was stabbed in the heart. (it was quick so it was painless)
In my third life, I ran away from home, and when I thought it was safe to come out they arrested me and accused me of murder even though the murder took place before I had come back to the country. The punishment was the electric chair.
In my fourth life, I treated Lilly kindly but she just used me and spread rumors about me which led me to die again. The punishment began to burn alive.
I then finished my dinner and excused myself politely and started to walk to my room.
