In the group, Alice is the only one who could put Grey in such a position, and he couldn't do anything about it. It's not like he couldn't try to stop her, but he didn't dare to. 

Klaus and Reynolds gloated at Grey's misfortune as Alice spared with him for a few minutes. He lost, naturally, but he also tried to force Alice to use most of her strength. 

The duo stopped fighting and Grey looked at Klaus, his lips curled up and he said mockingly, "You're still in the Second stage?" 

Klaus's previously happy expression disappeared when he saw Grey's facial expression and heard the tone on Grey's voice. He knew Grey was mocking him. 

"I saved you, ungrateful bastard." Klaus was annoyed. 

"Hehe, you wish." Grey chuckled and gave Klaus a disdainful glance.

Klaus wanted the ground to open and swallow Grey up. 

"Fuck! We should've pushed him back in."
