Chapter 1: ACCIDENT!!!!
Maria is a sweet, bubbly girl who just turned 18 and got into her dream university ( TEXAS UNIVERSITY) to pursue fashion design.....
She only had 2 goals in her life: 1st, to take care of her mother...
2nd, to become a successful fashion designer...
She used to live alone with her mother, her father passed away when she was 14 due to cardiac arrest and since then her mother is her whole world... She studies at the university and also works part-time to support herself.....
Everything was going perfectly. She used to go to her classes more than her part-time job and came back home to take care of her mother .. Though it was a tight schedule she never complained and as she was an introvert she didn't have many friends and whenever she gets free time she spends it with her mother...
2 months passed of her university life she was happy, but one day when she was attending a class she got a call and she hurriedly left her class making everyone stunned she ran and got into the cab and after a few minutes she arrived at a hospital...
The call was from the hospital stating her mother met with an accident and is in a critical situation please come fast.....
When she arrived at the hospital she was a crying mess. She talked to the doctor who said they have to perform surgery and it's 50-50 chances...
Maria as soon as she heard that started to cry again but the doctor consoled him and said to take a decision and tell him within 2 hrs.... she didn't know what to do so she called uncle Mathew and aunt July...
Mathew and July were Maria's father's friends when Mathew was under bankruptcy Maria's father helped them a lot so they took care of her and her mother a lot. They were like family, she saw them since she was a child hence she calls them uncle and aunt.....
Matthew and Juley came to the hospital as soon as Maria called them. July consoled Maria and after that, they went to have a chat with the doctor ...
After having a chat with them Matthew said let them do the surgery it's better than standing and waiting for her to die maria and July nodded...
The surgery started and they were outside the critical care unit waiting for any news every time a nurse came out. Maria would run for some information but the nurses refused to say anything and left...
It has been 4 hrs and there was no news then finally at 3 am the doctor came out and came near maria and said' we tried our level best dear but we couldn't save ur mother '
On hearing this Maria couldn't believe that her mother left her to be alone in this world...
She was crying very hard. Both Mathew and July tried to calm her down and then she fainted due to the shock......
After a few minutes she woke up to see she was in the ward. She got up and July asked to lie down ... Maria said no she has to go to see her mother...
July said Matthew is doing the procedures and after it's done we will take our mother home for the funeral...
Maria heard the word funeral and she again started to cry. July hugged her tightly ...
