It had been a while since I visited the grandmaster's office. Contrary to popular opinion, I did not cause enough trouble to warrant a visit—or maybe I have but Dwalinn was just too lazy to call me over. Either way, now was the perfect opportunity to take in every inch of his room while bearing in mind Divah's teachings on casing a target—ahem—appreciating the architecture of a place.
We were in a high-ceilinged room made entirely of polished gray stone. Even the furniture—from the comfy upholstered chairs to the table-like slab that lay between us and Dwalinn—was cut from stone, intricately carved in the geometric shapes and symbols indicative of dwarven design.
Don't worry. I'll be thoroughly going through Will's shenanigans these past two months in flashbacks so anything you think you missed will show up eventually.
