Chapter 201: Chapter 200- Ill health

Gerald went completely still and blinked slowly, taken aback to hear her words. He kept the whole thing secret and asked his lawyer friend, Henry, not to tell anyone about the will. He was perplexed as to how Caroline found out about it. In the meantime, he remembered seeing Nathan heading towards the porch when he came out of his room and went into the study. His astonishment vanished and anger took hold of him. 

"I see. Your brother appears to be very interested in my family's affairs. He sneakily investigated me. Or did you ask him to keep an eye on me?"

Caroline's shoulders slumped with amazement. Her face was tinged with resentment. "You are accusing me! You are the one who is unable to treat your sons equally. You surprised me. Such actions of yours prove that you never consider my children as yours. You only care about that cheater Grace's son.
