Once Chris gave the nod, everyone moved to attack those guilds and the corporations behind them. They needed him to restrain the supers who had fallen to the dark side and would not surrender peacefully.

"Okay, everyone, once the agency announces their reason for arrival and makes the promise to get the supers out of the legal obligations of the contracts that were forced, the guilds would have only two choices. Fight or Flight".

"No other option would be viable for them in this new era, where supers were already under the consideration that they were at the top of the food chain. It would already be bad if they killed people but they killed supers, who have a higher chance of saving normal people from the monsters".
