Chapter 91: Arkonium Ore

Chris reached the bottom without dying but with a lot of wounds and pain coursing his entire body.

"Ah, fuck, it was worse than I remember", Chris muttered as dragged his body away from the drop point in the hope of finding a suitable rest place.

He wasn't sure that those crazy monsters would give up the chase. He hopes so but not everything would go according to one's hope does it?

He drank a bottle of health potion to recover his injuries but it would take some time to heal properly. The pain though, still there, was something more dangerous than the actual wounds.

When a person gets injured, there would be relevant pain perceived by the brain using the senses of the body.

Chris, who has a very high INT value, could be considered as someone with high sensitivity. His pain is through the roofs because of that sensitivity. Usually, such high sensitivity would be very useful for a person but not in conditions like this.
