Chapter 85: The Creature’s Maw, IV

Though we were all hyped that we would begin our journey towards The Creature's Maw, all those cheerful emotions have now died off.

The reason for it being the long journey towards our destination.

It has been over a week of walking daily.

I can only guess we chose one of the less commuted roads considering we haven't seen a single carriage going towards the city of Raly, which is on the northeastern side.

The Creature's Maw is quite some distance above it.

Currently, we are nearing the gates of Raly.

We were now at the city wall.

I got a glimpse inside the city, "Hmm, it is quite uncrowded compared to the Central City." I thought out loud as I took in the empty streets.

"Who goes there?" The demihuman guard spoke.

I said our party's name, "The Nine Shadows of the Blooming Night, adventurers." What… it felt so embarrassing to say that out loud.

Yes, we got to shorten it to the blooming night.
