Chapter 1: The Start of Something New
It had been a horrible 3 hours in school already. My boyfriend had been blowing up my phone during class, so my book bag had been ringing constantly, I had to shut my phone down completely! It was only 4th period and I had four more to go until school was over.
I was sitting next to my friend Cameron, she was my absolute best friend on the planet! "Cam!" I whispered. "What's going on?" It was math class and I had always not even bothered paying attention.
My mother and father are just going to force me to study for 4 hours after I got home. So what's the point? "Hey Addy! We are learning about the Fibonacci sequence. And how the numbers add together to make the next number." She whispers back. I give her a thumbs up and I mouth "Thanks" to her, and I continue to look at the Celine in boredom. My parents always make me over achieve way too much. I learn this 2 YEARS ago. So I had nothing to worry about.
Ever since I was little I wanted to Write a story or a novel of some sort, but my parents always wanted me to be a teacher of all studies. And of course, I don't want that. They say "only a few writer actually get credit for their work and are even heard of" but it's worth a try! As I'm staring the ceiling. I notice out of the corner of my eye I see another person staring at me. I look over and it's a kid that I've known since kindergarten.
We used to be best friends until he got more popular friend and became distant from me. So we weren't friend anymore. But here he was staring at me. My old friend Joey. But why?
