Well, today is the day that Ocean and Makai went back to school. I know that they were having a hard time with this, especially Ocean. He wasn't really able to say goodbye this morning without tearing up. I understand it. I may not have known him that much as a baby, but I can understand the feeling of not wanting to leave your kids. I think that was the main reason that I just lost my passion for working.

I had spent so much time in the Navy, and then I left that career to retire to a peaceful life. I wasn't ready for nothing to do though, so I went back to work but this time in an office that allowed me to be out at the beach often. I still liked just sitting on the beach and thinking about things. I didn't know that it was because I had been bespelled by a person from the ocean.
