Chapter 90: The Clash of CEO & Secretary
"Initially, there was a dispute as the decision was between the head of the IT department called Su Meilao of the old company and a new member coming from the UK in the last exchange called Michael Sanders, an expert in the administration of startup companies. Let's just say that the old employees were not content with a foreigner being appointed as the new CEO to replace CEO Ma, even if just temporarily, who do you think should take the spot, Chairman?"
Head Secretary Ji Linmu finished her report and awaited his decision, still wondering what had happened with him earlier, but believing it was just another one of her boss' peculiarities.
"Tell Guanhui to retain his position until the end of the week, I will find an appropriate temporary replacement, if you want to take over his position I would also recommend you to do it, Mrs Ji, that is if you believe yourself capable to participate actively with both positions as I definitely want to keep you as the head secretary..."
"...I don't believe myself capable of fulfilling both positions, Chairman. But thank you for your consideration." Working as the CEO would naturally give her a lot more income than her current position, but it would also be more taxing and she would spend less time at home with her husband, which she really didn't want to.

To her, this meant that she was likely going to assume a very important position in this branch once the Chairman started those new projects.

Just like that, the afternoon passed peacefully.
Alucard decided it was about time to go and pick Tang Wan up, but he first needed to fetch a new car as his Ferrari Italia was not spacious enough to fit all of them.
The phone rang for a while until he answered with a head start.
"Hello, Vlad? Good Afternoon, are you on your way?" Tang Wan answered with apparent happiness, anyone could tell she was looking forward to this.
"Yes, Wan'er. I'll be picking you up just like we planned, but I need to get my hands on some new wheels."
"It's alright, as long as you reach. The conference has already been planned for the next Friday regarding our alliance, and searching our properties I found a space good enough to start our new branch! also, have you seen the stocks~? I went ahead of myself and bought you 10% ahead of time, you can pay me the original cost later!" She seemed very excited at the prospect of their 'alliance' to the point it made Alucard release a smirk.
"Yes yes, we can chat all that properly this evening, that's the reason I'm going isn't it? Just wait for me there."
"Okay, it's better if you come now, Tangtang's leaving late today but she should be there waiting for me already."
"I see, then I'll go right away." He said that and hung up, his senses spread and a grey Lamborghini parking outside the headquarters made itself known.

Alcina's body left Alucard's shadow as she appeared in this world in all her tall glory.
"I'll take care of everything on this side~, you should go and fetch that woman, Master." Alcina noticed her through the window and said, walking up to him before giving him a deep and searing kiss, not forgetting to play with his tongue a little longer, eventually separating with a blossoming smile, having heard the conversation, she understood he had to go.
Alucard reciprocated the kiss
"Tell her that I'll pop up at her villa this evening"
Having said that, he disappeared the next second, since he was late, it was better to just teleport straight to the concessionaire.
Alcina's shadow rotated and covered her whole slender body for some seconds before retreating only for her to appear with a beautiful business jacket, tight-length skirt with panty socks and glamorous heels. Overall she looked gorgeous and professional.
She opened the door and stunned everyone outside, including Mrs Ji who could swear she wasn't there before.
There, what she saw was literally a mess. Paper design, recipes and bottles were scattered around as the two production teams planned to meet up to discuss Maple Corporation's ways to increase their rate of production as well as the use of specialized machines and many other methods.

"We don't show up for a single day and the office becomes this mess?" As if her previous giggly behaviour was a dream, now in her Lady Dimitrescu persona, Alcina reprimanded the employees regarding their unfit methods of schedule and organisation.
Her glamorous and pristine figure didn't deter the apprehension her height and pink eyes produced.
The employees of both companies apologised and organised everything.
"I'll come back in a minute and assist with the meeting regarding Ma Guanhui's replacement with you Mrs Ji, we need to increase the production rate before the end of the month or Hermes won't fit the bill. You can all continue on your own for the moment." Having said that she made her way to the main office with her swaying hips.
*RING!*
The distinctive noise of the elevator resounded, and the moment the doors opened it didn't take long for two pairs of eyes to lock into each other.
The whole office was silenced to the point a mosquito almost got scolded for being too loud.
Brown met pink and some lightning sparks formed as Alcina smiled wickedly and made some hand signals, indicating Ruoxi to follow her into the office under the silenced hallway.
The moment she entered and closed the door it was as if a lot of weight was released from the employee's shoulders.
CEO Lin and Secretary Dimitrescu are scary!

What met Lin Ruoxi upon entrance were a nice pair of pink and shiny eyes.
Lin Ruoxi excused herself and sat in front of the desk where Lady Dimitrescu took her seat.
Eventually, Lin Ruoxi bit her lips and asked, "Mrs Dimitrescu, could I know where Vlad is? I thought he was in the office..."
'Coming all the way here to see my Master, huh? Quite desperate aren't you...' Alcina thought inwardly with venom but on the outside, a smile never left her visage.
"My Master is making his way to Maple Corporation to pick CEO Tang up for their 'meeting' in her house", Alcina explained the situation making sure to mention the 'meeting' was straight in Tang Wan's house just to spite her.
Lin Ruoxi exhaled in relief but anger floods her heart the next second, 'Why did I even get you a phone for!? You're in deep trouble Vlad Tepes!'
She even huffed in discomfort at the fact that the first thing he did was to go to Tang Wan's instead of her.
"Thank you very much Lady Dimitrescu." Lin Ruoxi bowed and was about to make her way back to the office when she recalled the way she called Alucard, and how she was sitting on his chair like it was the most normal thing.
Alucard told her she was his lover, but there was more to it, right?
"No problem CEO Lin, is that all? If you would excuse me, I have a meeting to attend."
"Yes… if you don't mind, there is something else…" Lin Ruoxi stood up, her white business suit fitting her perfectly as her white robe swayed.
She sat in front of Alcina like two perfectly matched businesswomen.
Giving the latter a deep look, she analysed.
Alcina Dimitrescu... Romanian, Beautiful, Voluptuous, Glamorous, Tall and overall... Gorgeous.
Extremely gorgeous and therefore, dangerous.
The woman in front of her was a bombshell of a woman to be reckoned even for her, the 'Ice Queen'.
Be it her or Tang Wan, no doubt this woman outstripped both of them in looks.
