Chapter 114: There's Something About Fallspire

"Good day..." the short man said with a frown on his face. The muscles in his jaw rippled and it was visible. The tension in the room was almost palpable. It was obvious the man was struggling with something as he could barely open his mouth to speak with people who were guests to Fallspire.

John was moved to apologize on his behalf, but from the faces of the vampires, he could tell that they weren't moved by the disdain the man showed. Honestly, John Wave was relieved by that. He was a man of peace but some people around him weren't and he was well aware of that. However, John was not prepared for those people to ruin his grains with their stones.
