Chapter 84: Exhibition (3)

I headed to the bathroom and stared at my reflection in the mirror. After running my hands over my face multiple times, I tried to come to terms with all I had been told by Michael. What evidence did he have? 

Most importantly, who even broke into a library and did those heinous acts? Did he believe deep down that I actually did it? 

"What's wrong? "Zeus asked from behind me. He was leaning on the doorframe of the women's bathroom with his arms crossed against his chest.

"What are you doing in the women's bathrooms? Don't you know that it is prohibited? " I asked, trying to shift the attention as far from me as possible. I didn't want to go back home and I most definitely did not want to face the problem.

If anything, I wanted to avoid it for as long as I could until it was impossible. 

"What's wrong? Who called you? " He asked.
