Chapter 13: "Not bad.."
Upon realizing this, the man behind her stepped back, but the black haired mam didn't. She was a little bit relived, but the atmosphere was still very tense. She tried getting up, but she fell and her face twisted in pain. her kneels are now bleeding, she had exacted force on it when she fell down earlier due to the tight breathing space. Tears rolled from her eyes down to her jaw. her lips were still sealed, so only weep and her face was red as tomatoes. She felt like something was moving in her kneel, and it is really hurting her, she felt like cutting her leg off but she could do nothing than to grip her thigh as she sobbed. The black haired man halted when she had screamed the first time. both men had their attention on the little being between them, their eyes glued on the leg she was holding. "Damn.." the black haired man cursed under his breath and he lifted his baby blue orbs to the other man and back to Ava. He was about taking anotjer step forward, and the gray haired man appeared in front of him, blocking Ava from his view. "You're not taking her." his Spruce blue orbs blazed intensely. and the black haired man smirked, his aura has somehow died down, and he looks calm but he looks intimidating than the gray haired man whose aura blazed like hell. " I get what I want. You know that. " he replied, it was like he was stating a fact. "Yeah i know, but not this time." the gray haired man said. and an evil smirk formed on the lips of the black haired man, and he sighed. "too bad am not in the mood for chit chat.." he said like he was already bored, and in the next second he was standing right I'm front of Ava.
Ava who just heaved out a sigh of relief when the moving thing in he leg stopped, stiffed when the black haired man appeared before her. and her eyes widened when she sighted the grey haired man turned. his eyes, were blazing with fury, and he looked like he would kill the man in front of her. and his aura... she found herself shivering, but the black haired man looked relaxed like he didn't even sensed the aura. and he suddenly carried her and with one Swift movement he was behind the gray haired man. the green liquid substance which had formed from the hand of the gray haired man splashed on the spot the black haired man had carried her from, and immediately bobble formed from the substance as green smoke emmited from it. the ground in that spot began melting. Ava's eyes widened. she could have been dead this man hadn't carried her, but then she felt nauseous.. "Stay still.." the man in whose arms she was in said without looking down at her. his baby blue orbs were fixed on the gray haired man who is now facing them. Ava is now feeling dizzy.

Ava thought, but she could barely keep her eyes open. but she heard the voice of the man who carried her before darkness consumed her. "Not bad..." She heard him smirk.
Lydia slowly opened eyes, her head was throbbing her so she tried lifting her hand to touch it, but she couldn't. She looked down at her hand which was by her side only to see a strong Palm wrapped around her's. her gaze traced his gorgeous face. His eyes were closed. She chuckled when she realized he was really asleep. Her eyes trailed from his toffee brown coyly hair, to his short lashes, and his round nose, and down to his soft thin pink lips. She stared at his lips till she felt his hand which was on her's move, and she quickly withdrew her hand and he fluttered his eyes open. his black Jade orbs stared at her, and she was tempted to look at those Jade orbs, but she tried standing up to leave the room so as not to do what she didn't want to do. but she was too weak, thus she fell back. Axel quickly helped her up when she was about trying again. "You're body is weak, don't push it." he said softly as he helped her sit up. His eyes reflected worry, and from his tender touches and voice, he really cared about her, but Lydia wasn't ready for any of that now. and she remembered thana, immediately she stood up but ended up on the floor. Axel quickly helped her up, but the moment she was on her feet, she tried pushing him away but he was much stronger. "Let go of me."She glared at him, but he wasn't affected one bit. "You should rest, if you stress you're body you might end up passing out again." he sighed. "And when did you begin to care for me?" She scoffed, and he sighed. "Lydia what happened wasn't entirely my fault.." He said truthfully, and he turned her so she could face him directly. His black Jade orbs were pleading her to look at him, but she can't. She'll be tempted to burry herself in his arm, kiss him real hard, and...

she said to herself. "look at me" he said softly, and she almost lifted her orbs to look at him, but thankfully she didn't. "please.." he added. and immediately her tawny brown orbs lifted to look at him. "What now??" She scoffed, and he sighed. he was about speaking when she turned her back to him and spoke. "take me to thana.." She said.
She wasn't sure if her would agree, but she hoped he will. He was quiet for a while, and when she had concluded his reply in her mind, she opened her mouth to speak, but then he spoke up. "Okay." he sighed out defeatedly. And she was about rejoicing in her mind when he spoke again. "But on one condition.." he said.
