As Annika descended the stairs,she noticed several women in the family seated idly with their cups of tea. Narah was glancing at her phone, while Alex's aunt flipped through a magazine. DD declared, "l'll go and check if my lazy daughter-in-law is cooking ". Upon this, Alex's aunt touched her hand gently, saying, "Just wait, give her some time. It's hef first time preparing the sargi, so it must be difficult". DD, visibly calmer, agreed "I'II just remain patient for you". As they started looking at the magazine together, Annika chimed in, "At least l was just needlessly worried. Thankfully,l arrived just in time". With that, she entered the dining room.
