Chapter 458: Denise's Romantic Dinner

After all four friends returned to their penthouse suite, Denise took the opportunity to properly apologize for Anastasia's misbehaviour.

"Ella, Leon, please accept my deepest apology for inviting that ungrateful thief I once called a friend."

"Don't stress yourself love." Ella waved her hand dismissively. She took her seat beside her husband and relaxed in his warm arms. 

"I'm just happy that she is out of our skin for good. From henceforth, I don't have to listen to someone whining in my ears all in the name of pretending to be my friend."

"Yeah!" Denise released a sigh of relief. She sat down beside Tom and leaned her back on his chest. "By the way, when did you realize that she was faking her friendship."

"Well, from the very beginning, my instinct told me that she wasn't a good friend and you remember how I acted."
