Chapter 303: Words

Ayane and Mike were sitting on a branch, watching what happened. It was somehow the plan; they would only interfere if things got serious. Naturally, since Stephan already went through shit and knew how to fight, it was easy to sneak behind the knights and decapitate them fully before they turned into undead.

"She blasted him," Ayane laughed. "I already like her. Stephan needs to be blasted. He is stubborn."

"Still, we'll have to catch her, no? We need to take her to the Skillgales."

"You know Stephan, right?" she stared at Mike while he nodded. "So you know he won't follow the instructions properly, right?" he nodded again. "Therefore, just forget about the Skillgales. I am sure he is just looking for someone to make him the antidote for the unnamed poison."

"You're right. Let's keep watching. I wish I can get popcorn."

"Oh, my father likes popcorn, but I don't. Without salt, they feel dull."
