Chapter 286: The traitor

Stephan came out of darkness holding his weapon tightly with determination crowning his face. The system has spoken and no turning back.

[You have three hours to kill the traitor. Failure results in death.]

  "You can't be alive. Are you a damned? A white demon? A black wildling? What are you?"

"The dead cannot speak of secrets. You don't have to worry about who I am."

Stephan moved in front of Jack as he uttered some indescribable words for his ears to calm down.

The man he just stabbed a few hours ago was standing in front of him looking so much alive. It was as if his blood didn't run down his chest and his face didn't turn purple with the mist around. He couldn't understand what was happening. He was confident he stabbed his heart and there was no way he would become of the undead.
