Mike stared at Aurora as if he heard the words before. They were familiar. Strange! He rubbed his chin, closing his eyes, trying to recall where he heard such words.

"Oh," Adelaide blushed. "I heard these words. Isn't it part of the stories told about the first Lancaster Queen?"

Mike turned his head, looking at Adelaide. She was right. Those words were part of history, which meant that they weren't in a simulation. They were in the past itself.

"Stephan, can I talk to you privately?"

Stephan looked at Mike, raising an eyebrow.

"We don't hide things here."

"No, you will need to know this. Let's just talk alone. It won't take much time. The others can walk ahead."

Aurora whirled and walked away. Adelaide and Ayane followed.

"What's with you all of a sudden?"

"Where do you think we are?"
