Paul was very excited to finally meet vampires he knew from the Twilight story, but until Paul met someone from the Twilight story in person, he couldn't be sure he wasn't in a random vampire world.
Paul bought a plane ticket to Alaska and was excited to meet the Denali coven, and just as Luke had said, the Denali coven had many beautiful vampire women, of course, the vampire that Paul found most interesting was Tanya.
Tanya was the leader of the Denali coven and was born around 1000 AD, Paul didn't remember if her age was shown, but she was almost a thousand years old, which didn't matter to vampires since they were immortal.
Paul just didn't know if Tanya would be interested in him since he knew she liked Edward Cullen for many years, this could be different with his arrival, or Tanya could ignore him because of her feelings for Edward.
Paul knew well how vampires were loyal to their partners, he didn't understand it well, but he didn't believe so much in destiny, besides, Paul had already loved someone in his past life and didn't know if he would love someone again.
Paul also remembered Kate and Irina, but he didn't like Irina much because of what she did in the movie, and he knew the two would soon find their partners, but as that was something for the future, he could have a chance with them.
Paul arrived in Alaska and soon understood that even though he remembered that the Denali coven was in Alaska, he would have difficulty finding them even if he searched for several days, fortunately, Luke told Paul how to get to their house.
When Paul approached the house, the vampires of the Denali coven soon came out to see who was coming to visit, after all, they saw that it was just a vampire and the Denali coven had 5 people, Paul was also a little excited when he saw the vampires.
All the vampires of the Denali coven looked like the actors from the movies, they were just a little different in appearance, more like vampires and more beautiful because of it, so Paul was sure he was in the Twilight world.
"I can tell why you came so close to our house, I suppose you came to visit us?" Tanya asked, looking at Paul.
"Yes, my name is Paul Jones, I've been on a human blood-free diet for a few years now, so a few days ago I heard from a friend of mine in France that there was a coven that also didn't drink human blood and I came to visit," Paul said, smiling.
"Yes, I noticed that you were like us when I saw the color of your eyes. If you came to Alaska to visit and get to know us, you can stay in one of the rooms in the house as long as you want," Tanya said, smiling.
"Thank you, it's the first time I've visited a vampire's house, I'm curious what the rooms are like without beds," Paul joked.
"We have beds in the rooms, we don't use them but keep them in case a human might accidentally visit. Besides, beds can be used for things other than sleeping," Tanya joked.
Paul soon entered the house and began to talk with the vampires. He met Carmen, Irina, Kate, and Eleazar. As Paul was also a vegetarian, the other vampires in the house were less suspicious of him, especially since they trusted in their own strength.
"So, Paul, how long has it been since you were turned?" Tanya asked.
"Actually, it's been less than 20 years, I don't remember exactly how long ago it was. I was turned in America and then went to Europe right after. I stayed in Europe for several years until yesterday when I came here," Paul said.
Paul didn't want to lie, but if he said that he had been turned only 5 years ago and had never drunk human blood, Tanya and the other vampires wouldn't believe him, and if they did, they would be suspicious of him.
Paul also couldn't say that he was transformed in Japan because many vampires knew that the Volturi were investigating vampires who had come from Japan in recent years, especially since Paul had the Katanas with him.
"Less than 20 years? It's unbelievable how you were transformed so recently and have already given up drinking human blood," said Kate.
"Actually, I only drank human blood when I couldn't control myself. The person who transformed me died shortly after transforming me, so I had no one to guide me," said Paul.
"After I learned to control myself, I decided to stop drinking human blood and found that animal blood could also keep me well nourished," said Paul.
"It seems like you were born to be a vegetarian. We had a lot of trouble giving up human blood because we realized we were hurting people, so we became vegetarians," said Tanya.
"I really didn't want to hurt humans, and besides, my self-control has always been very good. It was just the initial phase after the transformation that was more difficult," said Paul.
Paul mixed some lies with truths, and since everyone was a vampire and a vegetarian, they had a lot in common. Additionally, the Denali coven vampires tried to make Paul comfortable and were good hosts.
They sat in the living room talking for almost 2 days until they decided it was time to stop. Irina showed Paul where he could leave his things, which was different from humans who needed to sleep. In fact, the greatest trust vampires could show was to allow another vampire into their home.
Soon Irina saw the Katanas that Paul had in a large suitcase. Irina had never visited Japan and didn't interact with humans, so she had never seen Katanas before. Paul took very good care of his Katana and his master's Katana.
"What is this? Are these swords?" asked Irina curiously.
"It's similar, they're Katanas, Japanese weapons. I took them from some Japanese humans who had been killed by vampires in Europe," said Paul, lying.
"I've never seen them before. I've seen few Japanese people in Alaska in the past few centuries. It seems like an interesting weapon," said Irina.
"Yes, that's what I thought when I found them. Normal firearms aren't of interest to us since they can't kill us, but swords and Katanas can. I think it's an instinct for men to collect weapons that can kill us," said Paul, laughing.
After another day, the vampires began to get hungry, so it was time to hunt. Since Paul was nearby and also a vegetarian, they invited him. Unlike in normal vampire territory, there was plenty of food for them in vegetarian vampire territory.
If this fanfic has some good reviews, tomorrow there will be another chapter.
