I sent you to a world of magic but instead of becoming a mage you become fighter using mana. You fought the strong and subconsciously saved the weak.", he said with respect; and continued, "I will be a fool to not grant you a reincarnation again, what kind of world will you like to go?"
"Let me think about it, God.", I said.
"I would love to be a Saiyan..."
"...but I like the thrill of shinobi world..."
"How about a combination?" ,God suggest.
"Good idea! But will there be such a multiverse?" ,I asked in concern.
"I can create a bunch of self sustaining universes, and put them far away from others." ,he replied to my question.
"Okay then."
It took me sometime to think.
But after thinking I replied,
"Let the Naruto universe be the 13th universe, as their used to exist 16 universes and 4 were wiped out it will only make sense if this time only 3 were wiped out by lord Zeno. I don't want to only fight with those foolish parasites so I want Frieza to be their, he should also train. I want him to have the parasitic race as his subordinate race. Then I want their to be the god of destruction to be the elder brother of Beerus and Champa, I should know his name, every destroyer's name is based on a drink. Name him Win, he should be a man, with strength to defeat all angel together, other than the Grand Priest. Let Naruto be my twin brother, he should be a pure blooded Saiyan like me, he should have yellow hairs though, I should be a Saiyan, I should not have whisker marks like his, make the 13th universe be the 3rd sibling of 7th and 6th universe but the most different among them. I should know the Earth Release: added weight rock technique from birth and I can use ki for it instead of chakra. I would like to have my name as Naruto Black Uzumaki and my brother's name as Naruto Uzumaki.", he said these things casually to God because from the tone God just meant that he could open the wings of his mind and let it fly.
"Everything is fine and can be done, but I would like to know the reason for you to chose that name and Naruto as your brother?" ,he asked in a puzzled tone.
"Well I like the mindset of Goku Black, although he killed lots of mortals, but his soul was pure, and he wholeheartedly believed in his goal and thought that it was right, though pure evil. As for Naruto as my brother, heh.." ,I chuckled a bit and continued, "I would like to see his story unfold itself in front of me, and would like to see his determination to become the Hokage with my very own eyes."
"Okay, let the process begin." God said.
And after that my vision went blank.
