Chapter 41: A monster is the exact word.

The sky was ablaze with the fire of the setting sun. The evening sun cast long shadows on the ground, as the sun fell below the horizontal making the appearance of the beautiful celestial objects on the dark sky.

I sat on the bed playing with my fingers while I glanced at the door now and then.

He said he was going to come back right away, and now he hasn't come home even when it dark.

Did something happen to him? I heard the sad news about his grandfather's death and it kind of pained me, even though I don't know him. Although he didn't mention anything about it when I asked if everything was ok.

And now that he isn't back, something is quite bad about it. I hope he's fine.

I lay my back on the bed, striving to cover myself with the blanket when I heard the door opened.
