Chapter 290: It's Time

Prince Basileus was in the same predicament as Varya. 

He had given Theron his space and a break so that he could make sure Solana was safe and protected, but upon the man's return, there was an ocean of distance between them. 

Whenever the pilot was in his presence, he seemed distracted - as if he would rather be someplace else.

Even on the day, Basileus was set to be married to Varya, Theron was in the freighter with Solana. It stung but he had no choice except to leave it alone and focus on his wedding. 

To his surprise, Galen readily accepted his offer to go to the place he had built for Varya. He wanted the opinion of someone else about the extravagant gift he was about to give her.
