After announcing their presence, Mr Fitz stepped aside to let them in.

Doreen and Cory stepped into the living room, they couldn't help but feel like they were stepping into the lion's den.

As they entered, their eyes immediately fell upon Jace and Caden. They only got a glance from Caden but the main person they came for remained impassive and didn't even behave like anyone had entered.

They never expected to see Mr Brandon and his wife. Seeing them was like having a glimpse of sunshine in their dark sky.
