Chapter 90: Ch. 90 Bring The Breakfast For Him

Richard was still trying to trace his mother-in-law's whereabouts when he heard a knock on his office door.

"Elaine, who is outside?"

"It's madam, master."

Richard's fingers stopped moving over his keyboard when he heard his wife in front of his office.

Richard changed the contents of his work and closed all files related to his mother-in-law. After that, he opened the door to see his beloved wife. His heart became flowery when Richard saw Anxia's face. But he wondered why his wife was carrying a bacon ham and butter sandwich tray.

"I brought you breakfast."

Breakfast? "Oh. Thank you." Richard answered briefly, making Anxia look down, disappointed.

"I didn't poison the food if you're worried about it." Anxia assumed Richard was suspicious that she would poison him.

Little did she know, Richard's mind was still curious about the little devil girl he had met dozens of years ago.
