Chapter 4: Chapter 4-Home

As they left hospital James eyes saw the outside world monolithic skyscrapers pierced the sky they seemed almost other worldly to James. The man carried james into a car unlike the skyscrapers the car looked like many of the cars he had seen in his past life, the man puts James in a car seat in the back seat of the car and drives away from the hospital. They drove for what felt like a hour in till they reached a apartment complex, the apartments was a decent place but compared to the skyscrapers it looked like a shack.

The man took James into their apartment the apartment was littered with trash and beer bottles. "So this is my home there is shit every where." The Man carried James into a room unlike the rest of the apartment the room was clean, the man carried James to a cradle and put him in the cradle. After putting James into the cradle the man left the room, the sound of a crying could be heard in another room.

The night came slowly eventually the man stopped crying. In the morning the man came into the room his eyes red he picked up James up from the crib and carried James out of the apartment, the man carried him into the hall they walked a couple doors down in till they reached 261B. The Man rung the door bell a elderly woman came out with a smile spread across her face as she saw the man with the child in his arms. "Its so good to see you again Howard!" The man named Howard replied "Its good to see you again to Linda, I was hoping you could watch over my boy while I work."

Linda stayed "I would be more the glad to watch this little angel." Howard handed her the child and left.
