Chapter 9: 9
after 30 minutes Mizuku came back to the room as she got on the bed not saying anything.
The food was already there. He walked over and handed her the box. And sat next to her. "I know you're mad at me. But I never said I didn't like you Mizuki. It's just not time yet" he said
She gently take the box starting to open it before eating so she wouldnt have to talk or look at him in the moment
He ate as well glancing at her every now and then. "I do love you. You know" he said taking a bite
She glanced at him quickly while she ate
"Its true, and after you graduate. If you are still interested, I'll take you out on a date" he said
once Mizuki finished her food she laid back and laid on her side having her back to him.
He took the box and threw it in the trash with a sigh. "Im sorry, but it's for the best this way" he said "if you want me to leave I can"
"Why cant you take a risk for once in your life and stop being the perfect man everyone expects you to be.....not everyone is perfect tenya." after she said that a doctor came in telling her that her surgery would be in a few hours. She nodded before they took her off to do some tests.
He sighed. And after she left he said. "I did take a risk once. It nearly cost me my life and life of my friends" he was thinking of when he went after Stain when his brother first got injured
after a few hours Mizuki came back while the sun was starting to set outside "you should go home ill be fine on my own."
"So the surgery went ok?" He asked
