They were not sure if they should recognize him as the sect leader. After all, he had not proven himself worthy of the position. Moreover, their former sect leader did not perform an official handover, so Zhe Ying had clearly obtained the position by force. 

Chu Li huffed and asked, "Honorable Master, is it better for me or Fu Qingya to be the sect leader?"

"Sect Leader Fu was very qualified," Elder Du replied and exhaled sharply.

Chu Li shook his head and said, "He basically governed the sect by doing nothing and going along with the flow. Has he ever done anything significant since he became the sect leader? He has just been following the same old routines and accomplished nothing at all, right?"

"That's precisely what we like about him," Elder Du replied and nodded. "If he kept going around breaking the sect rules, he would be a disaster for Heavenly Demonic Sect!"
