Chapter 68: The Return of the Jedi

Ren Baqian looked at the girl who was walking down the road and was carrying luggage of different sizes. It looked as if she was either moving to a new house or going to the train station. He felt slightly sympathetic towards her. After all, he had been just like her in the past and naturally understood how difficult it was for a youngster to survive on their own in the city—not to mention a girl who was somewhat handicapped.

Since Ren Baqian was currently unoccupied and he ran into this girl who'd given him a very good impression back then, he stopped his car somewhere ahead, opened the doors and walked backwards.

"Do you still remember me?" Ren Baqian went in front of the girl and asked loudly. He wasn't sure how loud should he be for the girl to hear him.

"The previous time at the restaurant, one of my classmates had a drink too many."

His unexpected appearance seemed as if he was planning to commit a robbery, giving the girl a shock.
