Although the land that the Haoyue Kingdom received was not as big as before, building up a kingdom became possible again.
Qian Lingyu was appointed as the emperor of the Haoyue Kingdom on the basis of his strong family background. Besides that, Qian Lingyu was influential at Tianju Hall and had a good relationship with Gu Xijiu. Hence, the people and royals of the Haoyue Kingdom would oblige. To add to the fact that he was appointed by The Lord, his orders were followed, without opposition.
