Rhode swore that he had never imagined the Door of Akasha to be related to Chaos. But come to think of it, it did make sense. The Door of Akasha wasn't a product of Order to begin with. Back then, the five Creator Dragons stole it from the core of Chaos in order to start a new world, so it was impossible to treat it as an ally who swore allegiance to Order. It was merely a tool, just like antivirus software. Its job was to remove viruses and it didn't need to care if it would accidentally wipe out one's important documents, causing one to wipe off tears while reformatting the computer. This just wasn't in its range of work, after all.
