The humidity of air chilled his chest. The forest grew denser as he walked on.

The greenish leaves, the colorful flowers, alluring yet soul-taking.

Glitterbloom - 天星花 (Sky Star Flower)
Flower is associated with bloom, and glitter could be imagined as the stars. I presumed it's some pretty looking yet deadly flowers that bloom like the stars in the sky?
Haemovine - 嗜血藤 (Like Blood Vine)
Blood is known as Haemoglobin, so I just put the fancy term of blood there
Dartelion - 箭齿叶 (Arrow Tooth/Blade Leaf)
Arrows are projectile and I thought of throwing stars which synonymously is known as "Dart", Dandelion is a plant, I just stuff Dart in, there ya go.
Pines of Spider Web - 蛛网棕 (Spider Web Pine)
Argentubus Arecales - 银管蓝斑丝棕 (Silver Tube Blue Stripe Lining Pine) To make it sound like an actual scientific name, I actually picked the scientific class of pine tree (Arecales) and combined with Latin of Silver (Argent) and tubes (Tubus).
